Felt the eye test and examination were very thorough and everything explained well. Staff were very helpful ,and patient , I took a long time choosing frames but didn't feel at all rushed. Seemed to be short staffed as phone rang a few times but nobdy available to take call.

The Optometrist was perfectly friendly and professional and I cannot fault him whatsoever. However, after my consultation I did feel I was rushed into making a purchase, which I did not feel comfortable with at all. As such, I cancelled my order upon reflection later in the day.
